Call Out Fees include arrival to pitch and the first ten minutes advice or remedial work.
Additional time will be charged at £26.50 per hour or £6.70 per 15 minutes payable on completion of work.
WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices quoted for servicing work do not allow for repairs or remedial work that may be required, unless they are minor and can he completed within the time allocated for the service.
As a general rule, it is much easier and more cost efffective to carry out remedial repairs at the time the caravan is in the workshop being serviced rather than at a later date. If the service uncovers faults which compromise safety or present a danger (such as tyres in poor condition, gas or electrical issues, handbrake not working), we will first endeavour to contact you by telephone, but in the event of not being able to contact you, we will proceed with repairs as necessary to make things safe and relieve any danger. This work will not normally be covered by the cost of the service and so may incur extra charges.
Should there be a need for other work that is either less urgent or likely to be more expensive, we will not proceed without obtaining your prior consent.
We do not normally provide quotes for repairs or remedial work as it is impossible to predict exactly how long a job will take. In order to be helpful we may provide an estimate, but this figure is only a guide and is subject to change if things take longer than expected.
All work will be invoiced on completion. Payment is due on presentation of invoices.
Outstanding invoices of 28 days or more may incur additional charges.
