What a good site.

firstly Carver sb 1800 space heater, any ideas where spares can be obtained from?

Secondly Leisure princess combined sink/hob/grill, any ideas as to where new burners can be obtained.

Thirdly B+B chassis do you have any diagrams showing the correct mounting of brake linkage return springs,

You have probably worked out by now that i have a very old van,trying to get spares and information from dealers is not very easy once they know the age of the van, they are just not interested.

Do you know of any good accessory outlets where a range of hobs/grills are stocked, i have thought about cutting my sink,Tig welding a safe edge onto it and then just fitting a new hob/ grill.

Any information/advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you haven't tried you local dealer already,try there.If you have I can get the parts you need.I have the burners for the princess.

I think they are around £25 though.Am I correct in thinking that they have gone rusty around the outside but the top is still ok?

The B & B chassis has got a small hole in the main member for one end of the spring the other end fixes to the rod by a piece of metal which can slide along the rod if you have one type of chassis or is fixed if you have another.

If it is the fixed type then this sometimes rusts off.If so use a jubilee clip and a CM long piece of rubber gas hose raped around the rod to hold the spring. I have the springs also, they are £2.50 each. let me know what is wrong with your spaceheater then i can see what you need.
